WHEN WILL MY BOX ARRIVE?

Your 1st box dispatches within 1-3 working days. UK boxes arrive within 2 working days of shipment whilst International boxes typically arrive in 5-8 working days.

 

ARE YOU AFFILIATED WITH DISNEY, HARRY POTTER OR POKÉMON?

We are massive fans of the work Disney, Lucasfilm, Marvel and Pokémon and their affiliates have done in creating the Star Wars, Marvel and Pokémon franchises. However, we are simply fans of these series who love the films and tv shows and aren't in any way official mystery boxes.

 

WHAT'S IN THE BOX?

All of our boxes come with a selection of carefully curated items ranging from figures, accessories, memorabilia, artwork and more! Please note: if you order multiple one-off crates you may receive duplicates. Please subscribe if you want to receive new items in every box.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY BOX?

If you’re not satisfied with your crate, just send us an email at hello@geekcrate.co.uk and we'll do our best to help you out

 

CAN I GIVE ONE OF YOUR MYSTERY BOXES AS A GIFT?

Yes, simply enter their details when going through the checkout and we’ll deliver the box to them! Or give them a gift card if easier! View our gift options here.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL IF I SUBSCRIBE?

Simply access your subscription account here to cancel.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking will be available once your order has shipped. We send an e-mail notification with tracking information once your crate has shipped. If tracking is not in your email inbox and the expected delivery date for the crate has passed please reach out to our support team at hello@geekcrate.co.uk so they can assist in tracking down your crate. 

 

WILL COVID AFFECT MY ORDER?

Due to the ongoing developments with COVID-19, import and transit times of products have been globally affected. We anticipate some crates may be delayed a few extra days at this time. If so, we will inform you appropriately. Thank you for your understanding.
